Confetti works well inside clear balloons. They can settle at the bottom of the balloon or coat the entire inside. Furthermore, jumbo balloons are the best housing for confetti. Another great use is a gender reveal. An opaque balloon is filled with colored tissue paper, either blue or pink, and then sealed up. Then, when the time comes, the balloon is popped and colored confetti rains down revealing the gender. It is dramatic, cute and memorable.
